Checkboxes of Cache and index management are not selectable

Hello I am using magento 2.3.3, when I try to click on the checkboxes in the cache or index management and they are not selected. I don't know how to fix that.

@5db08b64ef899 Try to flush the cache and re-indexing from terminal using below commands.

php bin/magento cache:flush
php bin/magento indexer:reindex

@5db08b64ef899 Try using a different browser. Sometimes when UI elements are not working/clickable in Google Chrome for me I have better luck using Firefox.

On google chrome they don't work but on firefox they work.

I don't know why, I tried to deploy static content, i deleted the pub/static directory, i cleared cache, I reindexed all, but still don't work on google chrome.
