Stock filter ( quantity_and_stock_status ) not working in product listing page

Preconditions (*)

1. Magento 2.3.2
2. Display out of stock product in listing page

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Open any category from the frontend
2. Try to do filter using layered navigation of stock

Expected result (*)

Result count should be different and must remove out of stock product from the list

Actual result (*)

It's giving the same result which is in without filter

Also created issue in GITHUB Magento.
