Our Commerce Cloud site's down, and while I can see our existing support tickets, the button to access the new ticket form is nowhere to be seeing this morning. There are a lot of resources on magento.com itself that are showing 503s from Fastly, so I have a feeling this is a broader issue, but we haven't received any notifications from Magento itself in the 50+ minutes since this began.
Anyone else in the same boat?
Looks like things are coming back online; our site's restored.

It was because content-delivery network Fastly went down, it was not limited to Magento, All sites went down which supports Fastly.
