Configurable Product Disabled Out of Stock Products Issue

Magento Version: 2.4.1

Stores->Configuration->Catalog->Display Out of Stock Products = 'Yes'

I have created a test configurable product and at one point the Dropdown selection was working as normal, in-stock items available and out-of-stock items greyed out, expected behavior. I decided to import a small subset of products in to continue testing functionality and suddenly the out-of-stock products are not greyed out as they should be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That may work for 2.2.x but I am on 2.4.1 which already has the functionality built-in. I believe this functionality was in 2.3.x. So there is something that correlates with the fact that I imported data and it suddenly happens to not work. Thanks for the reply though.
