I have created a configurable product with six associated simple products. All simple products have available stock, are enabled, etc. When I go to the product page, the drop-downs for the options display with the Choose an Option message, however, when I click on the drop down, nothing appears. Yes the attributes are global (they wouldn't be available to select as a configuration option otherwise).

Anybody seen this?
This is on CE 2.1.5, no extensions installed, only a theme (Infortis/Ultimo)
