Content>Design>Configuration page stuck in keeps loading

When i try to open Content>Design>Configuration admin panel just get stuck in a loop of infinite loading. After this happens i need to close the tab because the admin panel becomes unresponsive, when i load the login-screen again it keeps infinitely loading aswel. To be able to log back in again i need to remove all cookies and refresh the page.

This only happens with Content>Design>Configuration, the rest of the admin panel works fine. How do i fix this?

Please do follow these steps to find an extension that causes an issue inside your Magento store.

1. Disable all third-party extension install into the website.
2. Run CLI commands. (caching, indexing etc)
3. Now try to open the configuration section.
4. If everything working fine into step-3, then enable extension one by one and try to open configuration.
5. In that way, you get idea is that any extension creates an issue.
