Create Shipping Label option is not displayed - CE 2.3.2

Got additional Web Tools API access permissions from USPS

Added payment details too

Have configured USPS shipping method.

Add store address in shipping settings.

Tested in Developement/Production options in USPS settings

Product dimensions have been added.(not downloadable)

Can anybody please help.

Can you flush cache? or still if you are not facing then check with USPS team that credentials is correct or not?

Run below command:

php bin/magento cache:flush

sudo chmod -R 0777 var/ pub/ generated/

I have done this. still not "Create Shipping Label" check box option is not showing.

I guess the credentials are working as shipping rates rightly pulled and displayed during checkout.

Do I need to do anything in Stores > Shipping > Carriers ..?  If yes,

there it is displayed "To add and manage carriers first Activate Magento Shipping".

But as I am using usps also should I activate Magento shipping and pay for it..?

have you enabled usps method and configured properly in admin? it seems some issues in configuration if you done all shared steps already.

I have done all the steps and configured/enabled USPS in Stores>Configuration>Sales>Shipping methods.

Anything else im missing.?

Make sure your are looking at the order which is placed using USPS as you have got enabled the advance API enabled for USPS shipping.

If you are looking at order placed using FREE Shipping, Flat Rate etc then you wont be able to create shipping label.
