Customer segmentation - not able to see settings

Hi Community Members,

I am just gone through with the overview of customer segmentation and try to create it for the same, I am referring this link - https://docs.magento.com/m2/2.0/ee/user_guide/marketing/customer-segment-create.html

However, in my Magento version, I am not able to find this setting.

I am using Magento 2.2.6

Can you help me it is there or not?

Can you confirm that are you using Open source version of Magento 2 or Enterprise version of magento 2 ?

So its help us to troubleshoot the issue !

Hi @Noah_Sinnis

The link which you have shared and you are looking . it is for enterprise version (Commerce Version)

Meaning this Customer segmentation functionality is only available in Enterprise Version of Magento . so you will required to use Enterprise version of magento to access this functionality. as this is not available in open source version.

Also in open source version if you would like to achieve this functionality - you can refer this third-party extension link , - https://mirasvit.com/magento-2-extensions/customer-segmentation-suite.html

oh! ok. I didn't notice that this feature is available in commerce version.

Now I got the point, that's the reason it's not showing in settings.
