I have enabled Date of Birth as required, but the field is not showing up in the checkout process. Can anyone help me with that? I have to close my shop if I cannot handle this problem.

Try below steps :
1. Login to admin panel 2. Navigate to Stores > Configuration 3. Select Customer Configuration under Customers 4. Expand Name and Address Options 5. Change the value of the field “Date of Birth” to “required” 6. Save the configuration
