new to here so forgive me if the post is incorrect.
I have been trying to import products and keep getting the following error:
"Duplicates found in column names: array....."
I initially downloaded the sample file and removed every line apart from the first. I then edited this slightly and tried re-importing and received the above error.
I have also tried creating the CSV file in google docs as I have come across errors when using excel on a mac to create a csv file.
Have tried everything and still get the error. I hope I am not missing something simple but any advise/suggestion would be appreciated.
