Enabling Cron in Magento 2.3.5

On a previous install of Magento 2.3.5 I happened across a tick box to enable cron within the backend.  Does anyone know where it might be as I can't find it again ?

Hi

I've looked in there but I'm absolutely positive I saw something like Cron [ ] somewhere without the x in the box and when I clicked it my cron jobs started running.
