Hi
we have had just installed Opayo Module from Magenest after having an issue with payment sense that couldn't be resolved.
On placing orders we are getting error message:
3210 : The BrowserColourDepth field format is invalid.
We called Opayo technical and all they could advise us with this error is that magento returned the number 30, when the only numbers that are possible are
1,4,8,15,16,24,32,48.
I'm posting this in the hope that someone knows exactly what all that means and can point us in the right direction to fixing this issue as its stopping us from taking card payments properly at the moment.
We are using Magento ver. 2.3.5-p2
and the latest version of Opayo module from Magenest
