Extention installation in magento2

How do 1 install already available extentions in magento2?

As i see none of the extentions in the magento2 marketplace are compatible with 2.0??

So what is the way forward?

should some1 develop magento on 2.0 or 1.x versions?

Magento 2 extensions will be available on the new Connect, we are currently working with many of the popular extensions to help them port over to Magento 2.

 

In the meantime, it's important to note that Magento 2 is still in beta and shouldn't be used in production.
