Fidelity Payment processing

Hi 

Does anyone use Fidelity Payments for their payment processor?

As no matter what we do, we cannot get it to work!  Their support is looking into it!  This is M 2.4

Hi 

yes we gave up the extension just doesn't work. Switched to SagePay, work out of the box!
