Hi,
I've been having problems with M2.3.6 checkout using PayPal PayFlow credit card, but the express works fine. Credentials are correct and orders placed with Express Checkout work fine on all aspects.
Please view the payment log content at the end of this message. I have debug mode on. It shows the $0 transactions as Approved. But, in PayPal Manager all transactions are declined with a reason code of 12. The website spins out and never completes the transaction. The order doesn't show as a failed order and no failed order emails fire off.
I turned off my theme and the same thing happened. So, I do not believe it to be the theme.
PayPal support has been really crappy with several settings having to changed to get to the point I'm at now. I'm almost to the point of just going with another option, but I'm hoping posting this latest information will help.
