Find products with special prices

Hi,

Is there a way to find all products for which a special price is set in the admin panel? Somehow when we migrated from M1 to M2.3 programmatically special prices for some products were set 50% lower than the actual price. Having 100s of products, I don't want to go through them one-by-one

Do you want to check those products on admin side or front side?

Please follow the below stapes.

Go to store attributes 
then select the attribute "Special Price"

For Admin side:

Go to Advanced Attribute Properties 
set "Add to Column Options" and  "Use in Filter Options" as yes
you can see the special price filters in the catalog product grid

If any catalog price rule is created then you need to check the product filter condition over there.

For front end:
Go to the special price attribute " Storefront priorities"
and set "Used in Product Listing" as yes
then you can see the filter of special prices on every category page on the front side.
