Found non-writable path(s): magento2/app/design/adminhtml/Magento - what to do?

Hi im installing Magento 2.21 

I installed extensions before, and now I can't ?

When I do a readiness check on extension manager I get error on cron job

It says Found non-writable path(s): ...magento2/app/design/adminhtml/Magento

This is a new problem. 

The server is private host.. and I dont mess around with permission or php settings, so this problem came out of the blue

Why did this become a problem out of nowhere? AND how to I resolve it ? 

Please advice

The weird thing is.. There is nothing in that folder, so why is this so importen?

Same issue...

Just create Magento folder in your app/design/frontend
