Full name of my customer is null in Admin panel, Can it a spam?

Hi there,

I have some question about Customer Management section. Today I just see the new customer record in my admin panel. There is a strange email(temp-email-pse7n1rlsigi@www.tronictoy.com) and no value in full name field (Please see the first picture). Then I go to Account information tab, His First Name is my Shop name (ทรอนิกทอย(TronicToy)) but don't have Last Name.

I think this account is a spam because when the new customer register Magento website. The First Name and Last Name is a required field.

Do you ever see this problem before? How should I do? Please advice me.

PS. I'm use Magento Community Edition ver. 1.9.3.1 and installed the Plumrocket Facebook and Twitter Plugin.

It's clearly a spam and as the first point of action, i'd run a security check of the website. Make sure that you have installed all the required security patches. You can do a quick healthcheck of your website her: www.magereport.com

Secondly, you should delete that account and try to register with the same information on the frontend youself.
