Full page cache not working in 2.3

Account page breaks when FPC is enable. This has been reproduced by Magento developer. I just checked and the issue still exists in 2.3.1. Is there a workaround? Temporarily I have disabled FPC on the production site. Please see below link for details.

Please try with changes in env.php hostname "localhost" to "IP or 127.0.0.1". It should work.
