Getting error "We can't start paypal express checkout"

We are using paypal express with Magento 2 for our client's account but getting below error when we do checkout "We can't start paypal express checkout".  All api and accout  details we entered are working with out Magento 1 store.
There is no error log on server.
Please help us to resolve this issue.

Hi @pradeeppal,

Is your Magento 2 store customized? We should know if the Magento core classes have been extended in order to investigate if this is an error from the configuration (Paypal account or Magento 2 system configuration), or from a custom module that you created or installed.

Thanks for reply. There is no customization.  For make sure I did fresh installation and enabled paypal express. Still getting same issue. Any idea ?
