Hi all!

Has the Magento 2 permanent shopping basket bug been fixed?

Regardless of any settings in admin, the frontend shop will completely empty guest shopping baskets after an hour, which is NOT good.

Which magento version you are using?

Try the latest 2.3.3 and test once.

Can someone confirm that guest shopping carts should NOT be emptied after an hour by Magento with these settings enabled?

yes, it should work with guest user as well.
