Import Error Magento 2.1.7: General system exception happened

Dear,

I try to import products in Magento 2. But I get the following error:

General system exception happened

I looked on google but nothing helped. I tried to save it With Notapad ++ and Open Office in commanded format, Unicode (UTF-8). But no use. 

I want you to help me and tell me what is wrong here.

Please show your csv file of products.

Based on csv we can figure out your issue.

which type of product are you want to import using csv?

Dear,

Via the following link you can see the csv file. The seprator is pip (|) and I use that in my Magento import configuration, see the screenshot. That would be not the problem.
