Issue - can't add categories into Megamenu, options become disabled

Hello I have this Megamenu extension which seems to work. In fact there is already one "BLOG" item in the menu.

When I try to add a category to the megamenu from the category the, fieldset referring to the megamenu opens, but quickly the items into it are removed (they are there when the page loads).

It seems to me this sort of behavior comes from an error, cause the pointer on the dropdown is red.

Looking at the screenshot, It looks like there will be configuration error either at theme level or mega menu level because the red icons refer that it won't allow you to add categories from here.

Please check at the configuration level and provide more details, so it help us to troubleshoot the issues.

 my bad, for anyone who can have same issue.

It does not work with root categories.
