Issue with cart item total

I'm having an issue where the cart is not showing the right amount of items as you can see from the screenshot there is a total of 6 items divided on 2 diffrent products. The number right to the cart icon is showing the right amount but the total items in cart dropdown is only showing 2.

Is there a settings or something that I'm missing or?

Can you check using Luma? (just to be sure isn't a problem of your current theme being cached)
