I am having some problems with the layered navigation feature. I have set up a number of product attributes grouped together into an attribute set called "Power Switches". Examples of attributes include "Connectivity", "Number of output ports" etc.
The "Connectivity" attribute is a multiple select attribute with values "Ethernet (rJ45)", "Wi-Fi", "GSM" and "USB".
Long story short, the Connectivity is showing on the layered navigation but only the "Wi-Fi" options is displayed in spite of the fact that there are a number of products that have the "Ethernet (RJ45)" option set and one with both "Ethernet (RJ45)" and "Wi-Fi".
I have cleared the Magento cache a number of times to no avail. Does anybody have any ideas where I am going wrong?
I think I'm having the same issue. Did you ever find out what was causing it?
you need to reindex for that.
php bin/magento indexer:reindex
php bin/magento cache:flush
then check it.
Thank you for the advice, Sunil. I failed to realize that the OP had tagged the question with "Magento 2"... the issue I'm experiencing is on Magento 1.
I have tried reindexing via CLI a few times, and flushing cache. Unfortunately, the issue persists.
make sure the following
1) check that product website
2) check product stock
3) check that attribute value store wise.
