Logging out on Export Csv during Weight vs Dimensions

HI,

I have been facing an issue, actually i am new to Magento and i installed it, and i read about the shipping methods here:

Its in System > Configuration > Shipment Methods 

so as given when i click on EXPORT CSV it should give me a template.csv but its Logging Out from Admin Panel.

Further i created a simple csv file which i attached to check if it is getting uploaded its uploading just fine, but when i retry to Export CSV its again Logging it out of Admin Panel.

Hi @bpsrajat,

You can try changing the admin session timeout in the following section:

Stores->Settings->Configuration->Advanced->Admin->Security->Admin Session Lifetime (seconds)

You can change to the maximum value, which is suggested as a comment in that field.

The session time was 3600, i tried changing it to 36000, but still the problem persists.

Can you hint me out what might be the issue?
