Magento 2.0 minicart doesn't load data

I have a big problem with the minicart: The count and the content is empty, altough I added products to the cart. On my iPhone there is even not displayed a number when the cart is empty.

I just changed the reference container where the block "minicart" is located. Does anyone know where the JS of the minicart is located?

Iam using a custom theme with magento blank.

I think it is a problem of the design theme, so I recommend report it to the theme's developer.
