Magento 2.1.0 endless loop (content > design configuration)

before all, sorry for the noob question.

My magento2 install is showing an endless loop when I go to content > design configuration.

Any Idea what could be?

Try following

• Clean up magento cache and folders
• run setup:upgrade
• If still freeze the page, check latest error log file in var/report
• Check log files, debug.log and system.log at var/log
