Magento 2.2.6 Advanced Reporting Not Working

I have been trying to debug advanced reporting, I got a 404 page.

I went through the document here:

• The website must run on a public web server.
• The domain must have a valid security (SSL) certificate.
• Magento must have been installed or upgraded successfully without error.
• In the Magento configuration, the Base URL (Secure) setting for the store view must point to the secure URL. For example https://yourdomain.com
• In the Magento configuration, Use Secure URLs on Storefront, and Use Secure URLs in Admin must be set to “Yes.”
• Make sure that Magento crontab is created and cron jobs are running on the installed server.
• And Advanced Reporting is enabled,  Industry Data is selected.
• Cache flushed, waited overnight

NO Luck

I even tried changing the API user name from Magento Analytics user to Magento Analyticss, and Reauthorize because some people said it is working after do so.

But It is still not working.

Anyone have any ideas how to debug this?

@Jerry LiuHow long you have been waited after making those updates/changes?

It can take anywhere from 1-3 days to get reporting working. I guess documents say at least 24 hours. So patience is the key. Even if it does not work in couple of days then you must create a ticket with the MBI support for the same.

I have been trying different configurations, ever time I changed something, I checked it next day, and two days after. 

I can wait a little while but can some one confirm the API username should be Magento Analytics user or Magento Analytics.

The Magento document says Magento Analytics user, but I read a post in this forum saying they got it to work after they changed it to Magento Analytics.

@Jerry LiuI doubt the API username will make any impact. It's all integration details which make the integration work.

Here is in mine setting: Magento Analytics user

Make sure under API tab you have provided enough privileges.

API user has the right permissions, but it is still not working after 48 hours wait.

Hi Guys,

I am facing the same issue with Magento 2.2.6 version, i already change the Name from Magento Analytic User to Magento Analytic and it already takes 24 hrs. Please suggest what i need to do next.
