Magento 2.2.6 - core_config_data table has missing rows.

Hi ,

I am trying to change my base url through database table core_config_data in 2.6.6 version but to my surprise I don't see those rows in the table and not anywhere else in database. 

Can someone please redirect to my a resource to find new db scheme so I can understand and modify it accordingly.

So I figured that with a fresh installation there are no url rows in core_confirg_data so I changed it from Backend and it added all the urls rows in core_config_data automatically. 

I was trying to do it (change localhost to 127.0.01) to make Add to cart functional locally. But It is still not working. I will update this post soon.

Just removed var folder and it is working perfectly fine.
