Magento 2.3.1 Category Page 404 Not found

There are 'n' number of Categories which are available in my Magento 2.3.1 site, I've created a new Root Category and sub category for it.

I've tried

php bin/magento indexer:reindex

php bin/magento setup:upgrade

php bin/magento cache:flush,

Is it am i missing something?

And in My url_rewrite table i figured out that My new categories entries aren't created yet. If it not get autogenerated then how should we manually creates it?

Please Help anyone,

Thanks.

@rbalamurugaWhat is that you are trying to achieve? Do you have multiple root category and 1 website? Is your website is linked with correct root category?

Re: Magento 2.3.1 Category Page 404 Not found

I'm having Multi store setup. There are n number of stores, What Im Asking is If i generate url_rewrite manually means, should i have to generate url_rewrite for the particular category in all stores? Newly created Root Category isn't linked with any of the stores. @Tarandeep Singh

change category url to some new value (add 1 in the end), then remove it.

reindex / clear cache
