category url is still going to 404 error page

I have tried almost everything , i have even used an extension to over-write the url rewrite but i am not getting the point why i am getting 404 error . I am adding menu using mega menu extension is this an issue ? see the screenshot of the url maybe it will clear some ascpects i am trying to solve this issue from 3 days but no progress .

It seems issue related to Megamenu configuration or you can try once with php bin/magento indexer:reindex command.

Try this:

Delete all the Products and Category URLs from Database table "url_rewrite" and then trying to save each category.

Also, check for the URL suffix from the configuration.

Store > Configuration > Catalog > Catalog > Search Engine Optimization

If it will not work then It seems configuration issue so please share credentials of admin panel in personal chat I will check and then let you know.
