Magento 2.3.1 upgrade and bin/magento setup:upgrade

SOLVED

Re: Magento 2.3.1 upgrade and bin/magento setup:upgrade

Hello Dave,

The error is fixed!

I have followed your instructions for all the outdated modules.

I have realized that most of them were already updated by checking the module.xml file in etc folder. So updating the table in database was required to complete the process.

It's strange that it is not done automatically but anyway now it works again.

I would like to thank you very much for your help and availability!
