Magento 2.3.2 CE - Cannot Access Extension Manager

Hi,

When I try and access the Extension manager, it just hangs with a 'Please Wait' message, and then, after a few minutes, a red warning box appears with no message in it.

There is an error in the browser from angular.js

All my keys are correct. Would it be worth resetting them?

I have tried this solution which seems to appear on a lot of forums - replacing my repositories in composer with this code.

All this does is throw up an error about composer - 

Does anyone have any other insights about how I gain access to Extension Manager?

Hello @andyscruff66e5 

You must be using composer1, error says you will have to upgrade the composer version to 2. 

You will find the tutorial for the same on internet.
