Magento 2.3.3: Swatches showing on some products, not others.

We are doing an upgrade for a customer and since the upgrade, some products are displaying swatches and others are not.  All the swatches show on the category page, as we want.

We have a color visual swatch and a text swatch on some products for another option.  I have verified that there are no settings differences between one with and one without swatches.  The configurable products have simple products for each color.

The <div class="product-add-form"> is not being added at all to the pages without the swatches.

Can you please try to make new test product and check whether those new products have those swatches or not. So we will be sure that new products will not have that issue and then we can debug the old products deeply.
