I have installed and configured Elastic search on magento 2.3.2 and i have tested it and it showing Successful connection but i am getting following error in indexing and upgrade:
{"error":{"root_cause":[{"type":"illegal_argument_exception","reason":"Types cannot be provided in put mapping requests, unless the include_type_name parameter is set to true."}],"type":"illegal_argument_exception","reason":"Types cannot be provided in put mapping requests, unless the include_type_name parameter is set to true."},"status":400}
Please let me know if you have any idea.
Thanks
Hi, I get the same issue. Did you find any solution?
@TiD2013, I am still digging in to this. It might be due to elastic search version. Can you please let me know that which elastic search version you are using?
@Rahul1273, Thanks for your reply.
Yes, that was my idea too. First I started with elastic search version 7.2.0.
After the problems I made a downgrade to version 6.8.1. Indexing and upgrade looks good now.
@TiD2013Yes its the issue of elastic search version so elastic search is working fine on your magento?
@Rahul1273, Yes I think so. At the moment I have some issues with other third party modules. But the indexing process looks good, there are no issues anymore
But that is not a solution to fix the issue. Downgrade is not good. if anyone have experience how to fix . please let me know
We have an open-source Magento based site that we intend to launch within the next 3 months. Our ERP provider developed it for all of their ERP customers including us. They've modified it with at least 30 add-ons and custom configured it so it's their own platform. It will be out-of-the-box for us. It's still based in Magento 2.3.3.3. But It's new to us and so is Magento. I will be an administrator but I have no experience and haven't even gotten my hands on a demo.
I am asking for recommendations for
I'm wondering if there is a common or fairly standard WYSIWYG that everyone uses or the leading WYSIWYG for Magento open source. Thank you.
