Magento 2.3 Update fails even though it past readiness check

Hi,

Magento 2.3 Update fails even though it past the readiness check for PHP version.

Console Log

Problem 1 - Installation request for magento/product-community-edition 2.3.0 -> satisfiable by magento/product-community-edition[2.3.0]. - magento/product-community-edition 2.3.0 requires php ~7.1.3||~7.2.0 -> your PHP version (7.0.33) does not satisfy that requirement.

My version is PHP 7.1.27 .

Any suggestions?

You are facing this issue because your PHP version is not supported by Magento 2.3.1 - You will at least require PHP Version - 7.3.1 or 7.2.0

Kindly check and update your components based on the requirement

But i changed the PHP to a version above 7.2 and now i get this:

• PHP 7.2.16
• PHP 7.3.3
