Magento 2.4.1 MSI

We are building a new site in Magento 2.4.1 and its expected to launch on Feb 2021, the MSI feature is not needed for this project. So we planning to disable all the MSI modules, will this cause any issue in the future? 

Also in the devdocs it is mentioned that the "Inventory Management deprecates ScalableInventory and CatalogInventory modules" (https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.4/inventory/inventory-api-reference.html).  Please advise.

Yes, you can proceed by disabling MSI modules. It won't disturb your site right now.

But If Magento makes any drastic change, then you might be in trouble but that possibility is very low.
