Magento 2.4.2 error updating any changes in admin configurations

Hi
We have a strange issue on M2 store. This happens after updating any configuration or store settings in admin.

Fatal error: Uncaught ReflectionException: Class Magento\Framework\App\ResourceConnection\Proxy does not exist in 

To fix this every time we have to  run comipile command. But this is not a permanent solutions as the error comes again after changes in admin side.

Please help on this.

change the dir owner to nginx user or give 777 to  `var generated vendor pub/static pub/media app/etc`
