Magento 2 Categories Issue

Hi, so I have recently being helping a company with uploading products and such to their website but have found new categories are not working as previous ones, for example the pages wont change when you click on them until you refresh the page. There are also issues with products not showing up in categories or on the website at all after they are enabled, you have to click every product and manually save each one which is time consuming when its sometimes 1000 products.

Please follow the steps below for categories product issue:

1. Please check your cache type. If your cache type is "Varnish" then run the below command:
   1. service varnish restart
2. Please run the following commands:
   
   1. php bin/magento i:rei
   2. php bin/magento c:f
