Magento 2 : Emails not sending

Hi,

I've just join a web agency and I need to maintain a Magento 2 website, including correcting all errors. The most important actually is that we can't send/receive emails for new account, order confirmation, password reset, ...

The PHP (version 7.0.16-1) function "mail()" is working and CRON too, so I don't know what can I do. Can you help me ?

Hi,

If you are hosting the site on your local machine or are still facing the email issue, try installing this free SMTP module:

Also check in admin panel configuration that the email is turned on. There could be chances that email can be turned off from the admin panel:

Stores -> Configuration -> Advanced -> System -> Mail Sending Settings -> Disable Email Communications to No
