Magento 2 Navigation Menu not displaying subcategories correctly?

Hello, I'm using a theme that has Swissup extensions, the extension Navigation Pro. Is giving me an issue. I'm new with magento so please bear with me.

For some reason, these subcategories are not displaying on my site? But They are imported like the ones showing under "Garage Doors" 

I can't figure out why Garage Doors category is showing up fine but the rest aren't?

In Admin Panel, Catalog > Categories, Do navigate to that particular category and do check with below options:

1. Category is enabled
2. Category makred as a Include in Menu

if both things looks fine, then do check if flat table is enabled then its require to do indexing.

I figured out the issue, I had the wrong Root category set.

It sounds like the subcategories might not be set to “Include in Menu” or might be missing proper parent/child configuration. Double-check each subcategory's settings in the admin panel—especially under Content > Categories. Since you're using Navigation Pro, also ensure it’s pulling data correctly from the category tree. Sometimes themes or extensions override default behavior, so checking Swissup's docs or support might help too.
