Magento 2 remove qq.com spam

Hi,

I have an issue with the Magento 2 spam email, signup and newsletter subscriber. Recently I have seen some spam email sending, signups and newsletter subscribers automatically add in website. Email is send from qq.com domain name.
I want to stop spam auto email sending, signups and newsletter subscribers. Please suggest any script or extensions which affect this issue or for resolved this issue.
Any suggestions?

Do you have Google reCaptcha properly configured on all your forms?

Thank you for the answer.
I have properly configured Google reCaptcha but reCaptcha also throw exception like 

Magento\Framework\Exception\InputException: Can not resolve reCAPTCHA parameter. in vendor/magento/module-re-captcha-ui/Model/CaptchaResponseResolver.php:25. 

After configuration of Google reCaptcha its working properly for some hours after that i got above exception due to spam email issue.

If captcha was properly configured you probably wouldn't have issues with those bots there. 

Other things you can do is analyse your logs, figure out if the bot attacks are coming from some specific IPs and block those IPs from accessing your website.

For our Adobe Commerce Cloud clients, we track this kind of things daily through New Relic and often end up blocking various bots through Fastly.
