Magento Component Updater is stuck in rollback mode even after manual install.

CentOS7 - PHP7 - Magento 2.0.6 

After a failed component install (Magefan-Blog) via the component updater web interface. The Updater is stuck in rollback mode without allowing me to rollback.  We have enabled the plugin via the CLI but still cant get back into the updater. 

 

How do we get it out of this mode.
