Magento Shipping Account cannot be created

I'm trying to sign up for Magento Shipping but it won't let me. Magento v2.3.2 CE following the official instructions here:

#5 on step 1 doesn't read the same as the instructions. Mine reads:

This is where you can activate Magento Shipping. In order to use Magento Shipping you will require a shipping account.

Request Shipping Account

When you click the "Request Shipping Account" link it just takes you to the MagentoCommerce.com homepage

I probably should have thought to try that subdomain.  Thank you sir.  However, when I try to navigate there I'm getting an error regardless of being signed in or not.  See screenshot below.

I know about the error. You need to create the ticket with the support. That's where they will assist you with the Magento shipping account. Have patience as initial response may take sometime. This is the place where if you are working with a SI things can move faster.
