Magento ver. 2.1.5 table rates

Magento ver. 2.1.5 table rates not showing on checkout page even after enabling from 

backend.

Hello @peterbutt2017,

Makes sure website wise you uploaded csv and enable per store wise as well.

on checkout page have you added same country and state as you mention into csv?
