Hi All,
I'm a marketing manager for justjap.com and I ask that you please pardon my ignorance with how all this works, but my team is absolutely at their wit's end with the 404 errors that we seem to keep constantly happening with our products.
Our devs at this stage have been unable to isolate the problem and we need to look at a solution shortly. We have looked at disabling chrons for brightpearl and aloglia plugins to see if this will stop the 404 errors we are currently experiencing however had no luck so far.
Please see screenshots below for examples of 404's we are getting on the front end of www.justjap.com
Any help or suggestions would be fantastic!
I check same and site is working fine perfectly. can you please share more details.
Please see for your reference.
Thanks for taking the time to check it out, the weird thing is it doesn't happen every single search, although it does happen alot - if that makes sense...
Hello @chiara_pagano
If its random issue please contact to third party which is you are using for search. This is not related to Magento. Thanks
Hi Manish,
Thanks for getting back to me, we had already gone down that path with alogolia they told us it wasn't an issue on their end. I also believe them as we had this issue when we had the original porto search bar in before going to aloglia.
I just really want to get to the bottom of it...
Thanks,
Chiara
Hello @chiara_pagano
Any error logs for this issues? Coz can not rectify until I can see that issues.
According to our web devs - no errors are producing in the logs for this error...
Any ideas on this?
Hello @chiara_pagano
Understood, are you using any type of cache varnish, redis or any other?
Looks like we are using the built in - not the recommended varnish.
Do you think we should have varnish working for optimisation?
Yes you can use redis and varnish to optimize site.
