So this is a bit of an obscure one but I thought this has to be the best place to find the answer!
I'm having an issue in where if a customer changes store view to Europe and then adds an Item to the cart they can start to checkout. this is good! they select an address which is in Europe and they will be given shipping options. this is also good!
Here is where the problem arises. If the customer removes an item from their cart and then proceeds to add another item, when they go to checkout and select their European address they are not given any shipping options.
Has anyone else come across this issue before and if so do you have a fix?
