Hi @Kausar_WSR,

Is it possible for you to check the storefront using Luma theme?

I've saw the error but also some JS problems and the theme is custom so maybe there is something with the theme.
My first try should be to go back to Luma and thcek if cart works right and the JS errors are still there.

All things works properly when I activate Luma theme. But I want to know the exact issue here.

I noticed that when I make any small change in default.xml it gets disturbed.

Is hard to know without knowing the code but it seems there is an issue related with a javascript component on your custom theme.
