My Magento 2.3.3 unable to send emails: Unkonwn Error

Recently I have been having a problem with my Platform, It isn't sending emails to the consumers

eg:

Confirmation Emails

Forgot Password Emails

There can be many reasons for this. But I think you need to configure your SMTP for sending emails. Make sure you have done all the necessary settings.
